This is a banned cartoon from the 1940's. It stars Private Snafu (voiced by Mel Blanc), the bumbling soldier that the US Army used for military films. Yes, this was made by the US Government to help train the military. For those wondering why this was banned, back then the word "hell" was a big no no.
