Yes, but the LASIK doctors are ALL CHARLATANS...you are absolutely misrepresenting and misdefining "Success Rates" stating a 95.4% success rate however YOU the Doctor/Asking the patient for $5k...Why don't you tell the truth to your patients for once in your life! Why don't you tell them the FLAP never heals, permanently scars a perfectly healthy cornea, only lasts for a short time, and leaves about 1,000,000 Americans ruined with no recourse...Be a man, and practice the f..n Hippocratic Oath!

PS: YouTube Search: lasik fda, crsqa. Then Google Search: lasiknewswire, lifeafterlasik, lasik horrific, nightmare lasik and discover that ther are hundreds of patients trying to warn you about the LIES of the LASIK industry and how/why these patients are DISGUSTED with these Lying LASIK Quacks!

INCORRECT...The Lying LASIK Quacks are falsifying "success rates" stating a 95.4% success rate, when it is more like 45.9%!! The FDA even held an Emergency LASIK Panel on April 25th, 2008 to discuss this. The reason post LASIK patients are so upset with their Lying LASIK Quack of a doctor, is because they are finding out about all of the lies...all of the lies so that the Lying LASIK Quack could steal $5,000 bucks not even caring if their patients go blind (and many are going blind from LASIK)

you can say that for pretty much anything...there are risks with pretty much everything in life...for instance there is a risk driving your car and might get killed...but that chance is slim

You may need reading glasses when you are in your 40's was what I was told. I really do not give a damn, I am glad I had this done and I am enjoying my sight and my freedom from glasses and contacts right now!! Whoo Hooo!

the nerves is up to u to calm down...if uve done ur research u will know wot ur getting urself into....theres a small light u are asked to keep looking at so ur eye doesnt move around....i felt like i was moving around alot but apparently i wasnt...u just need to concentrate on the light and leave the rest to the doctor its all u can do.... the nerves are excessive

Damn. Where you nervous during the procedure? How do you keep your eye from moving around?
sakurasky84 (July 22nd, 2008 @ 2:58 pm)
that part wasnt painful u just feel pressure....the only part i cud feel and smell (dead skin) was when the flap was sealed with heat... he had to pause every now and then to let it cool down...

What did it feel like to have that weird ring suction thing on your eye? It looks like they pushed down pretty hard, and pulled up a lot, AHHH!!
