well Wing Chun was the basis of jeet kune do , but Bruce wouldn't have wanted us to classify JKD as a style yet as a philosophy, so truthfully JKD can use any and all styles

the problem with martial artists are so concern with the styles or names it is only training and understnding from a proper masters whiuch is rare nowaday where a lot just goes to the east and spend few years and come back as a self proclaim masters it sad

Also you need to remember that this is a DEMONSTRATION so that means not all of these techs would be suitable to use in battle, what it really comes down is how much control you have over your chi, if you have excellent control & can send it to any part of the body at will & at speed then yes chi would be useful in a fight, if you can do that then no its not going to be effective. Thats the bottom line.

This is an ok demo not the best ive seen but ok, its hard to tell from this video how much chi this guy is using, i would really need to see him in person to judge that. He has some Chi skill though thats safe to say.

Erle? Hmmm... While this video is quite silly, your reputation is not 100% respected in all circles either. Of course, you're much more experienced than me, so you get some degree of respect for seniority. The guy in this video doesn't look like he'll be walking with those knees much longer. Kids, don't try that stance at home. It ain't right.
