jonmark, you're right when it comes to the carb/spacer or spacer/intake since they're machined surfaces, but the cable they showed was just a press fit. No real harm doing it that way.

What would you suggest to remove a press-on ball type throttle connector. These kinds of connectors are designed to be pried off with some type of metal lever or any sort...just like a screwdriver or wrench. However, if you have a suggestion for a different type of tool that would be commonly available in the average persons toolbox, please let us know. This is a great place to share wrenching secrets with others...

A fairly good video, but one part caught me wrong. You should never use a wrench or screwdriver to pry on any part.
