Poke Salet, won't generally be found on a menu in a restaurant; mostly because of its potential liability. Must be very caeful preparing Poke Salet as it can be very toxic.

Love CCR & John Fogerty too and have all their and TJW's stuff but have to admit that TJW is the real deal and if I had to choose it would be his music.
