Okay Mr. Donydamj: I believe what you were trying to spell "WOW SERIOUSLY TOO MUCH TIME ON THEIR HANDS". Not to nitpick but they ARE prisoners. They have ALL THE TIME in the WORLD. Just dont.

I've just read an article about it and there are also prisoners convicted of serious crimes.
