yeap.. the only thing ur really getting rid off is the dirt that stays on top of the oil on ur skin.. getting rid of the oil or washing too much may irritate ur skin leaving u with more pimples.

hello dan, thanx for your regimen it is working for me, you should ship your products to mexico!, ok so i have a few questions and i hope you can answer them for me: 1.- is it ok if i take a bath after going to the gym even if that means wasging my face 3 times (i only go to the gym on weekends), or what should i do? 2.- my acne is getting better but my face is getting kinda red and a little irritaded, is this normal? thanx man!
