well the way it works is that the motor turns at a certain speed and then a gearbox turns that circualr motion into reciprical motion that works at a certain frequency proportional to the speed of the motor so yeah, you would be overclocking or since it doesn't use a clock, overspeeding. however the official name for this is overvolting because you are essentially giving an electrical device more voltage than it was designed or rated for.
