If your legs shake uncontrollably, take a pill. If you think, take a pill, if you breath, take a pill, if your fingers bend, take a pill.....Hehe. I don't take any medication, even for pain, because it just doesn't make sense to me, I'm not deficient in medication, if I have a problem it is a nutritional deficiency to blame.

Yes there are side effects to pretty much all drugs. Every potential side effect HAS to be listed in the info leaflet. It does not mean you will develop all of them. Side effects tend to be less troublesome after a couple of weeks and risk of drug versus benefit of drug should always be weighed up by the Dr before prescribing.

You're right on many levels but also very biased. Drug therapy should always be one of last options to treat a condition. Every decent doctor knows this. The problem is the advertisement of non prescription medication by drug companies. It is illegal in the country I live in and many others.

Seriously... seriously... seriously... Thank you Natalie for all your dedication and enthusiasm. Now, I am not only optimistic about my future physical and mental health, but for my friends and family too. I have never been so excited to go grocery shopping!! Again, thank you for your information and the format in which you deliver it. Knowledge is useless if you can't apply it to daily living. I wish you all the success you deserve.

If I wasn't so fearful of what might go wrong I'd drop most of my heart meds and all of my GERD meds instantly but one thing is for sure I am working on building up that confidence to try .
